What's for dinner?

Tonight we had Slow Cooker Pork Chops!  Flavorfull fall off the bone delicious!

Here's what you do:  combine 1/2 c brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, minced fresh garlic, pumpkin pie spice, salt, pepper in a small mixing bowl.  You want a thick sauce to form, enough to cover each chop with some left over.  Pour the mixture over 4-6 chops in a slow cooker.  Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

I served these with cooked cabbage and baked seasoned potato wedges.

Husband approved meal!
